Bayline Property Group was founded to offer the Inner West a genuine alternative to the big franchise offices — an agency small enough that the principal runs your campaign, and focused enough that every appraisal is built on local evidence.
We chose the name for the bay lines that shape this part of Sydney: the peninsulas and foreshores of Drummoyne, Abbotsford, Chiswick and Rodd Point. It is the area we live in, and the only area we work.
That focus means we can tell you which side of a street sells better, which floorplans buyers are chasing this quarter, and what a realistic result looks like — before you spend a dollar on marketing.
