Inspect the property, then submit an online application with photo ID, proof of income and rental history. We assess applications as they arrive and present them to the owner.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one to two business days of a completed application, depending on how fast references respond.
How much bond and rent is payable up front?
In NSW the bond is generally four weeks' rent, lodged with NSW Fair Trading, plus rent in advance as stated on the lease (commonly two weeks).
Who do I contact about repairs?
Your named property manager, through the tenant portal or by phone. Urgent repairs are handled under the priority process set out in your lease.
